"So, it's a 'me' problem?"

Crib to Bed Transition (3).jpg

I had a mom ask me this about halfway through our consultation the other day. My answer was “yes, pretty much.”

If you are struggling with discipline or managing behavior, it’s up to YOU to change for things to improve.

Our kids are being kids. They live in the “here and now.” They act impulsively. They lack the brain power to plan, to use good judgement, and to change habits on their own. It’s not their fault when things are hard. It’s our job to help.

Our response to our kids’ behavior will determine how things go - for better or for worse. So, yes, it’s a “me” problem. What WE do matters. If something isn’t working, it’s up to us to make the change.

I’m here to help! 💙💚❤️💛
